Description: A technique that consists of pouring one's chakra into a scrap of paper in a split second, hardening and sharpening it, so it can be used as a shuriken. Its sharpness is equal to that of a shuriken made of metal (10 Damage). The user can further increase the power of the shuriken by making it into certain shapes before using the jutsu (15 Damage). Other than that, it's simple shuriken. They can only be thrown once per piece of paper, and they can be blowned by back a Wind Jutsu, soiled by a Water Jutsu, or burned by a Fire Jutsu
