Description: The Jutsu creates a duplicate that has exactly half of the users chakra, if a clone creates a clone it halves the clones stats, however their health is only 50.

Ex:
User makes x number clones, they have exactly half the users strength and speed and chakra but only 50 health.

Damage: None

Chakra: 20 Chakra per Clone

Cooldown: 1 Clone - 1 Post, 2 Clone - 2 Posts, Etc.


Word Count: 2,000 Words

Cannon or Custom: Canon

Specify stats for clones please (as in, does 1 clone have the same stats than you? or does 2 clones have half you stats, etc)
