Description: The jutsu itself doesn't look like much. The user touches someone (valid targets will be defined below), and bingo! He extracts something akin to a CD rom from that person. So, the jutsu could look something like this:

At any rate, this allows the user to extract various properties from "valid targets", whether the target loses that property is dependent on the kind of disc extracted.

Valid targets are those that are:
- Willing
- Incapacitated/Unconcious
- Under Kozai's control
- Having died WITHIN the same topic that this jutsu is used

Discs have 140 health, and can be inserted into people as if sliding them into your car CD-rom player. Only one disc at a time can be extracted from someone; the active disc must be inserted in a target for another one to be made from that individual victim. Discs that can be extracted are:

- Memory Discs: These contain the user's entire memories (but not functional skills like "how to eat" or "how to read". When inserted into another person, that person gains access to the extracted memory bank.

- Bloodline Discs: Due to genetic maintenance within the body, the victim doesn't lose his bloodline, but a person whom the disc is inserted into gains access to that bloodline. Only one of these may be within any given person.

- Soul Disks: These extract the entirety of the person's life-force, killing the original body (or dissolving it, if it's an edo tensei). The soul disc may then be placed into a different body (must be an inert one), causing the person to now exist within a new fantastic body.

I would like another staff member to verify this decision but I wish to outright deny this ability. It's too OP in the concept alone, let alone the low chakra cost it has. I don't see any way of making this ability a legitimate one. I apologize for the time you spent making it.
