...Why do you have 2 clans on Kigen and as stated before, you can't claim another promotional rank for your alt. We don't even know even know if you friend is real so, as far as we know, this could be an attempt to gain another high rank. So unless the IP changes or we have proof its your friend, Kigen Yuki can't be Hikage. Sorry.
