Capabilities:

Explosion: When certain hand seals are formed it triggers the bomb to explode in a radius of 100 meters. It has a power of 15 and will explode 2 post after the fuse is lit. Cost: 10 Chakra to ignite.
Appearance:

Description:Explosive Tags are scraps of paper inscribed with a special writing, centering around the kanji for "explode" . Infused with chakra, they will explode after a set amount of time, remotely, or after being ignited by flame. The tags can be attached to a surface or wrapped around a weapon to be thrown at an enemy. They are very versatile and one of the basic ninja tools. Ninja can confuse their enemies by obtaining fake explosive tags. They work even under heavy rain.
When an explosive tag is detonated remotely, ninja tend to use the "Snake"hand seal . Similarly, when used remotely, explosive tags can be detonated in sequence, allowing them to be used to trap opponents.

100 meters is....very big. Plus this is a D-Rank item. 15 meters would do just fine. Also, you can take away the chakra cost. You can state it just needs a minute amount of chakra to activate. Also note it takes 2 posts when the Tag is lit, not when the Snake seal done. Also also, just for the sake of it, note that adding the chakra to activate it grants these tags a sort of adhesion, allowing them to stick to surfaces and people.
