Description: The user manifests a select number of massive red torii that fall down from above, in order to pin an intended target between the gate and the ground. The size and strength of these torii is such that they can even be used to immobilise the Ten-Tails. These torii are quite versatile and can be used in several different ways. Like piled the torii atop one another in an attempt to increase their ability to immobilise the target.

The exact number and size of the torii involved in this technique can vary dependent upon what the user specifies:

Seal Ten (封十, Fūtō, Ten Seals): Creates ten torii that can be used to pin several individual targets simultaneously.
Seal Head (封頭, Fūtō, Head Seal): Creates a single, large torii, intended to pin the target's neck beneath it, so as to immobilise their head.

This looks a lot more like Ninjutsu in all honesty.

Increase the chakra and wordcount. Something this massive requires a rather big chakra cost and cooldown.

Well this is a Canon tech, and as it is a Fuin that doesnt do damage , just imobolizes, I did not know if it needed some sort of Explanation of way to get out like IE having 15 strength to lift all the Torii off or something of that sort, Plus the fact this can only be used while In Sage Mode

You'd leave Damage blank as it does not damage. Checking the wiki, this jutsu requires Senjutsu, Fuinjutsu, and Ninjutsu, so add Ninjutsu into the specialities. The strength thing isn't needed since...well...it contain the Ten Tails, meaning pretty much nothing can contain them. However, a large-scale S-Rank jutsu can break through them. Also specify that these torii are giant in nature and naturally won't work on smaller beings such as humans.

That being said, increase the chakra cost and cooldown.

Also note it requires the Ram handseal to activate.

Will Do, but the Ten Tails was held with the Single Huge Torii, the 10 Torii was used on Obito himself

Increase the cost to 120. This is a pretty massive jutsu after all.
