Description: After liquefying a portion of their body, the user manipulates the resulting water to surround their target's head, preventing them from breathing in order to either: render the victim unconscious or ultimately kill them if the suffocation is sustained. The user has to make contact with the opponent's head, making the ability length at arm's length and the speed dependent on the user. C-Rank Raiton Jutsu can completely negate the attack while those with strength 2 below the user and up can also break out of the attack. The user has to remain within an arm's length to the opponent in order to keep the attack active, meaning they aren't capable of retreating to a safer distance should they get attacked. The opponent, if remaining within the water for longer than four posts, will be knocked out, and if longer than six, will die.
