Origin: Appears randomly in individuals, although it appears that if one possesses the kekeki genkai, their children have a much higher chance of having the elemental release as well.

Appearance: Varies. Multiple shinobi have used the release in multiple ways.
Description:

Must have Earth and Wind as elements.
There are multiple ways to use this chakra nature. It seems that each shinobi born with the ability develop their own uses of the elemental nature.
There can only be four wielders of this element at any given moment in each village. When a shinobi who owns this kekkei genkai dies or goes rogue from the village, their spot opens up. Must be approved by staff.

I suggest you increase the number of wielders, just so it fits with how it was in-canon (multiple wielders within several villages)
