Description: The Human Path grants a Rinnegan user the ability to read the mind of any target by grabbing with his hand on the target's head or chest and yanking the soul out of the body. Though it provides intel by getting well guarded secrets, the technique inevitably kills the target. The first post the user must make contact and grab the opponent, the users next post is the removal of the enemy soul. Between the user grabbing and removing of the soul, if the enemy has at least 2 more strength than user or the user is interrupted by an outside source then the enemy can be freed.

Note that the user actually has to grab on. Bump up the chakra cost to 100 and cooldown once per thread (I mean this IS a insta-kill)

Note the soul snatching leaves you vulnerable and can be stopped if you are interrupted and the soul isn't fully out yet.
