Description: The Circus has currently settled down in Kirigakure and the residence are having a good time. However, numerous civilians, shinobi, and even members of the circus have been disappearing. A certain clown by the name of Heikin Romaru seems to be pretty content despite the situation. Our spies show that he is the murderer, and that he's been dumping the bodies into the nearby ocean. Take him out, but away from the civilian populace to avoid casualties.
