Village Ninja Teams

Members of a village must be a Jounin, Anbu Captain, or Kage in order to create a team. The team is then posted in it's respective village, the "Title of the Topic" should at least have: "Team #_" if someone wants they can specify the team like this example:


The leader is the one who creates the team, gaining members is by the leader accepting people who sign up for their team.

Missing Ninja

Missing Ninja are different as they are not numbered, and anyone can create a team.
