History: The Ōtsutsuki clan (大筒木一族, Ōtsutsuki Ichizoku) is an extra-dimensional family of extra-terrestrials. After part of the clan's arrival on Earth a millennium ago, the Ōtsutsuki began having a lasting influence on the human population, notably starting the history of shinobi.

The Otsutsuki Clan starts with 1 extra stat in Strength and Speed.
The Otsutsuki Clan can not have any limited techniques other than the clan and the selected dojutsu.

Combining Senju and Uchiha DNA creates Otsutsuki DNA making Rinnegan possible
